Funding Fox is a comprehensive funding intelligence platform built by AG2 Design. The Service combines multi-LLM technology with official Department for Education (DfE) funding documentation to provide guidance and support for further education and skills funding queries.
Important: Funding Fox is an information and guidance platform only. It is NOT official guidance from the Department for Education. While we strive to provide accurate information based on official documents, users must verify all critical information with official DfE sources.
By accessing and using Funding Fox ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Service.
Funding Fox offers a free account which includes 10 credits upon registration — no credit card required. Each credit allows one action (e.g. starting a chat conversation, running a qualification search, unlocking a tool or training video, or creating a checklist). Follow-up questions within the same chat conversation are free.
Once your free credits are used, you may purchase additional credit packs at any time. Credits never expire and there are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. All credit purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Permission is granted to temporarily access Funding Fox for personal or commercial use in relation to apprenticeship funding guidance. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

The Service uses advanced multi-LLM technology (Large Language Models including Claude and OpenAI) combined with official government further education and skills funding documents. While the system is specifically designed to provide accurate responses based on official documentation, ERRORS CAN AND MAY OCCUR.
YOU MUST VERIFY ALL INFORMATION with official Department for Education sources before making any funding decisions, policy changes, or business decisions. If you have ANY doubt about the accuracy of information provided, you MUST check with the DfE directly.
The Service is provided "AS IS" with NO WARRANTIES of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users and official government documents), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Funding Fox and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credits system. New accounts receive 10 free credits. Additional credits may be purchased in packs at any time. Credits are non-transferable between accounts and are for use solely by the account holder.
Credits never expire and there are no recurring billing cycles. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and pack sizes. Any changes will not affect credits already purchased. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Funding Fox and AG2 Design are based in the United Kingdom. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
